Once we confirm your final offer, it's held for 7 days from when it's sent — plenty of time to package everything up and ship without feeling rushed.

Trade credit toward a future purchase from us pays a 5% bonus over our cash offer. You can choose whichever works better for you when you submit.

Pricing is reference-checked against TCGPlayer Low, then a tier rate is applied based on each card's value. We use Low rather than Market because it reflects what a card can actually sell for today — Market pricing can be skewed by outlier listings and other market tricks, where Low is the real, current "buy it today" price. You'll see the exact tier rate update live as you enter cards in the buylist tool.

Yes. Singles priced under $2.49 are handled at our bulk rate rather than as individual buys — the Bulk section of the buylist tool has current rates by game and category.

We thumb through your submission to confirm everything you listed is actually there, then spot-check that condition is roughly in line with what you submitted. Minor grading differences are normal — condition standards vary from person to person, so small mismatches aren't held against you. See our Condition & Grading Guide for our full scale.

No — that isn't realistic across a whole submission. Cards valued at $100 or more get a closer look, including magnification, the same step we use before listing high-value singles ourselves. An obviously damaged card carrying real value is the main thing that would raise a flag on a lower-value submission.

Of course we can meet in person! This is the easiest option if you're somewhat local, and always a pleasure to meet with fellow TCG players and collectors. High-value submissions in particular can often be handled this way so everything gets verified together on the spot.
