Shipping & Payment Process
From submitting your list to funds in hand — here's exactly how a buylist sale with us works, step by step.
Submit your buylist
List your cards on our interactive buylist and submit with your name and return email. You'll get an automated confirmation right away, and our team reviews your list from there.
Offer confirmation — held for 7 days
Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll confirm your final offer. That offer is honored for 7 days from when it's sent, giving you time to package up and ship without feeling rushed.
Ship your cards
Shipping costs are split between you and Valarya Games — we'll go over the specifics with you once your offer is confirmed. Pack singles securely (sleeved and rigid-mailer or bubble-mailer protected) so nothing shifts or bends in transit.
Verification & authentication
When your collection arrives, we thumb through it to confirm everything you listed is actually there, then spot-check that condition is roughly in line with what was submitted. Minor grading differences are normal and expected — condition standards vary from person to person, so small mismatches aren't held against you. An obviously damaged card carrying real value is really the only thing that raises a flag. Cards valued at $100 or more get a closer look, including magnification — the same authentication step we use before listing high-value singles ourselves. If you're local to us, high-value submissions can often be handled as an in-person meetup so everything gets verified together.
Payment
We pay primarily through PayPal Goods & Services, which keeps both sides covered by PayPal's buyer/seller protection. Prefer a different method? Just ask — we're happy to discuss alternatives. For shipped submissions above the $100 verification threshold from sellers outside local pickup range, we'll typically work out a split payment with you — for example, a portion up front and the remainder once your collection arrives and is authenticated — rather than a single lump sum sight-unseen.
